Trade credit for your old instrument

When you rent or purchase an instrument from Summerhays you can actually get some of that money back as trade credit towards another instrument rental or purchase.

So say you started out renting a 1/2-size violin for a beginning player but they've outgrown it. You can apply your trade credit to a 3/4-size violin, and then a full-size violin. Or if you have a student saxophone and want to upgrade to a professional sax, bring in the student sax and trade towards the pro model.

But what if you didn't get an instrument from Summerhays? That's okay! Bring in your old instrument, we'll assess its value, and offer you trade credit for another instrument in our store!

We provide warranty service

When you buy a new instrument you expect there to be a manufacturer's warranty. A little-known secret about the musical instruments industry, though, is that most manufacturers will generally provide warranty service through the dealer you originally purchased the instrument from.

So if your instrument came from our store and has an issue such as keys going out of alignment or wood warping from the climate we can do the necessary repairs right away. There's no need to spend extra time or money to ship your instrument off to a distant repair facility.

In addition to manufacturers' warranties we also provide an in-house warranty on select instruments and repairs, ensuring you get the best care and service possible.
